Communication for getting buy-in is the most important part of any change initiative.

Let's go step by step:

- We have the sense of urgency.

- We have structured a perfect team for leading and guiding the change initiative.

- We have crafted a perfect vision and strategy for change.

- The next and the most critical step is communication for buy-in. We need to get everyone on board.

Let's say we are a company of a thousand people. We have to get the buy-in from the majority. Let's say 90%. To get the majority of this scale on board for change, we need to address this change initiative into the minds and hearts of the people.

If we only address the rational reasons for change, it won't be sufficient. We have to find ways to approach to the hearts of the people to convince the majority for change.

We need to get rational and emotional buy-in from the people of our company. And only then, the majority of the people will believe in the change initiative and get on board for the future we are envisioning.
