Drop & See

It is what it is. They are who they are.

Everything. Everyone.

C'est la vie ~ Let it be...

~.~

The one major, maybe single reason for frustration is that we want things, people, places, situations, societies to be different than they actually are.

We want them to conform to our perception of how they should be.

We expect all to be in accordance with our needs, desires and wishes.

Deep down, this may be a reflection of our subconscious God Complex.

Somewhere in between all the anger, suffering and worry, we may find varieties & multitudes of our very own Ego placing itself at the centre of all creation.

~.~

Every pain & each anxiety moment may be a significant pinpoint to dig deep within ourselves to search, find and face the shadows in us.

So next time you feel sorry or anxious, stop. Strike when the iron is hot.

Quickly, find a silent spot where you will be alone. Close your eyes. Take several deep breaths in and let them out slowly. Focus on one breath at a time...

Having refreshed, now focus on the mind constructed broken story that led to your frustration just a few moments ago.

Search and locate your own self shadow this story is addressing to.

Find it. Sit by your shadow and ask: "u got somethin to say bro?".

And then wait. Wait patiently for the answer. It is inevitable. Just listen...

The answer will come from the shadow.

Likewise, your joys and satisfactions may be giving you signals about you. Are these positive moments something you are clinging to.

Can you drop them all and be fine with these apathetic farewells?

Drop the suffering, the worry, the joy; and wait...

See where this is leading you...

Miscellaneous footnotes:

“Cerca trova” (seek and ye shall find)

Make it a habit to rise above the feelings and thoughts triggering these feelings. Use this ascension to discover your inner dark corners. Don't stop till you lit all up...

"Wish all were different" is the black hole for every one of us. Such a strong vacuum, this one...

The only sentence where we may use "should" should be:

<  We should ban using "should" in our language and thinking... >

:))))

Greet your triggers with your beautiful genuine smile and see them come and go...
Try omitting the triggers pushing your buttons leading to yor monkey brain getting in charge...
One by one...
One trigger at a time...
Triggers of war and love...
Mind boggling? Yes it is for me...
