People want their work life to have a meaning. Recently, the search for purpose at work has been very popular amongst people in corporate life.

At first glance, we may easily think that the sectors that have direct touch on human lives are more meaningful.
However, if a company wants to provide meaning for the lives of its customers, it's got to touch the lives of its employees first.
Without employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction will never be possible.
There is a simple answer to the question of how our company can ensure that employees are satisfied with their jobs.
The Key Issue: Appreciation
We all create something in business life. We offer our talents. We are making an effort. In today's business world, nobody appreciates anyone else, but everyone expects appreciation for themselves.
If you have done a good job and no one appreciates this, pat yourself on the back and say to yourself, "Well done, boy/girl!"
Just say it and you will see that you're going to feel good.
And please start appreciating the people you work with, right now, today.
Let them feel that what they think and what they do matters for the company.
As an internal communication initiative, design, develop & implement Appreciation Campaigns and constantly broadcast positive feedback.
You will see that you will have touched and added meaning to the lives of the company's employees and then its customers.
